Mobilizing Churches

Mobilizing ARP Churches

We invite your church to join the Go2 Initiative with ONA and World Witness

For ONA, Go2 aims to help churches become informed, engaged, and mobilized in support of church planting. A church can be mobilized in PRAYER, FINANCIAL SUPPORT, and SENDING,  people to help.

The goal is to develop a grassroots movement for church planting where the majority of our congregations are involved in some way. The grassroots movement would also see more and more church planters developed within our churches rather than being recruited from outside the ARP.

Begin by recruiting an Advocate to be a communication link between your church and ONA and the church planting work in your presbytery.

Evangelism Training

Our hope and prayer for each of our churches is, as Paul said to Philemon, “that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of everything that we have in Christ.” To that end, we offer evangelism resources for individuals and small groups.

Evangelism Explosion

Evangelism Explosion is a ministry that trains people how to share their faith in Christ and how to bring people from unbelief to belief. It utilizes a variety of components including prayer, actual on-the-job training where the experienced lead the inexperienced, and the principle of spiritual multiplication.

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored is a relaxed and informal way of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. It gives people time and space to think about the big questions of life. Over seven sessions in Mark’s Gospel, guests find out more about the life of the person at the heart of the Christian faith – Jesus Christ.
